Real estate has always been a cornerstone of Geary, Porter & Donovan, P.C.’s practice. The Real Estate and Finance Section is comprised of experienced attorneys supported by qualified paralegals, serving clients on a multi-state and regional basis.

The firm’s real estate clients include developers, institutional lenders, investors, contractors and subcontractors, landlords and tenants, commercial and residential brokers, and owners and operators of varying types of real estate. The attorneys in the section are experienced in numerous areas, including acquisitions and dispositions, construction, real estate finance, lending, real estate workouts/loan restructuring, leasing and management.

Our clients have acquired, financed, developed, sold and/or operated free-standing retail buildings and shopping centers, multi-family projects, residential subdivisions, office buildings, industrial warehouses, hotels and golf courses.
